Request Account Deletion
What data will be deleted
When you request account deletion, we will delete:
- Your profile (name, phone number, email if provided)
- Your saved addresses
- Your order history
- Any other data linked to your account
What data may be retained temporarily
Some data may be kept for a limited time for legal or operational reasons. This may include information required for accounting, tax, or dispute resolution. We retain such data only as long as necessary and in line with applicable law.
Expected deletion timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when your account and associated data have been deleted.
How to request deletion
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:
- In the app: Open QuickWashr → Profile → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm.
- By email: Send a request to support@quickwashr.org with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the phone number associated with your account.
We will respond to confirm receipt and process your request.
